Kay is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and is also certified in group exercise, bootcamp, indoor cycling, and heart rate training. Her enthusiasm for fitness and desire to motivate others to lead a healthy, active lifestyle was the genesis for more than a decade of working with individuals and groups of all ages and abilities.

Having been a competitive athlete in running, cycling and triathlon, Kay has added yoga to both her personal practice and client training. She is a RYT-200 registered with the Yoga Alliance.

Kay believes yoga is the organic expression of a healthy lifestyle — uniting body with mind and spirit. Her hybrid yoga experience, Yoga FITT™, combines Hatha yoga, body weight exercise and plyometrics to elevate your heart rate, strengthen your muscles and improve your flexibility.

When she’s not at the Studio, or with her clients, you will find her running with her rescue AmStaff, Toodles, caring for her twin granddaughters, or traveling with her husband of 37 years.
