Yoga FITT™

Yoga FITT™, a program created by Kay Mamo,┬áis a Set of 12 Yoga Workouts that change monthly and follow the FITT principle to guide the development of the student’s practice.

Frequency – as often as a student would like (recommended 3x per week)
Intensity – according to each student’s needs, guided by the instructor who offers modifications and challenges
Time – 60 minutes
Type – Yoga blended with body weight exercises
